How can I order Sacred Soul Stones products?
You can order online, via our secure website or our Etsy Shop, or you can call us to place a phone order at 1 (470) 440-1117.
What is the shipping policy?
I do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or on national holidays. Orders ship within 2-5 business days depending on your location. Orders are often processed within 24 hours. When you place your order, I usually start working on it right away, and have it ready to ship the next day.
Continental US orders are shipped via USPS. All continental US orders must ship to a physical address, please do not use a PO Box as your shipping address.
You may request expedited delivery for an additional fee. The availability and fulfillment of expedited shipping and delivery depends on the destination and the time the order is placed. Please contact us for more information on express shipping.
How much is shipping?
I use USPS flat rate shipping for all orders. In the Continental United States, no matter the weight of your order, you will always pay a flat rate of $6.50. However, shipping is currently FREE for orders over $50.
Internationally, the cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are shipping to, what is being shipped and how quickly you wish to receive your package. Please contact us with any questions.
When does an order get shipped?
After receiving your order, I try to have your stones cleansed, charged, and shipped within 24 hrs. If you place your order between Friday night and Sunday, it will be shipped the following Monday.
I sometimes take my stones on special “trips” to high energy locations cleanse or charge them. If I have a trip planned for the stones, it could add one day to the processing time. It will also add lots of great energy to your crystals!
Will my Sacred Soul Stones package look exactly like the picture on the website?
The props used in the photos (bowls, flowers) are not included with your purchase. Please read the product descriptions to see exactly what is included with each product.
All of the gemstones and crystals we provide are natural and come from the Earth. Due to this, the size, color and pattern (striations, mixing of colors, rutiles etc.) of the crystals will vary from piece to piece. However, the slight variance in your stones will in no way compromise the energy and quality of your stone.
While taking photos of the crystals, I use natural lighting, and try to get the best angle to show the most detail and variances. I do my best to describe and photograph my items as they are.
The majority of our stones will range from half an inch to one and a half inches.
Your package will arrive in a USPS flat rate box with your stones in a reusable bag that you can also store them in.
I try to use recycled/reusable materials when possible.
How many stones will I receive with my order?
Please carefully read the product descriptions. Some purchases come with 1 stone, others include up to 15.
We do not have any bulk or wholesale products listed on our site.
How can I find out the status of my order?
You will receive an email with a USPS tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. If you have any questions in the meantime, please email info@sacredsoulstones.com.
Is my credit card safe?
Yes, we make every effort to protect your online information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to ensure it remains private and secure. Our websites are powered by Shopify & Etsy. Both use technology that is not only safe for their sellers, but the buyers as well.
Paypal options are also available.
Can I return or exchange merchandise?
Due to the energetic nature of crystals & stones, I do not currently accept returns or exchanges. You can, however, cancel your order if you contact us before your order has been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?
You can absolutely cancel your order if you request the cancellation before your items have been shipped. In most cases, the items are shipped out to you in within 24 hours of us receiving the order. After the order is dropped off at the post office, it can not be cancelled. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please email us at info@sacredsoulstones.com.

Where do you source your crystals from?
Before I buy my crystals, I take the time to research and contact the vendors to ask about the mining practices. I have built relationships with vendors around the US and I can assure you I work with great people with great hearts to provide quality crystals! I also cleanse and charge them before I ship them to you. Visit the shop!
What are Chakras?
The word chakra is Sanskrit and means “wheels of light”. There are seven main chakras that run along our spine. The spinal cord is the main channel for our nervous system to power our entire body with signals and messages from the brain. It is no surprise our main energy wheels run along this path. Each chakra governs an area of the body and the emotions, sensations, and functions that go with this area. Everyday stresses can cause imbalances in these energy centers creating fatigue, illness, and affect our everyday life.
What is SMUDGING?
The Native Indian practice of burning sage/herbs for Blessing, offering, and creating Sacred Space; using smoke from Sacred plants and herbs- to cleanse one’s self, space, and energy.; practiced by tribes across North, Central, and South America for centuries.
